Saffron and Papaya Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

Its no secret that healthy foods give you a healthy skin. So what are the superfoods that make your skin glow ? You can indulge in these superfoods without feeling guilty and get a radiant skin the safest way.

Here’s my favorite Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe.

You will need:

1 Cup Almonds

A bowl of Papaya and Strawberry

1 Banana

A Pinch of Cinnamon Powder (Optional)

A Glass Of  Coconut Water or Coconut Milk (use plain water if coconut water is not available)

1 Tablespoon Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (Optional)

1 Teaspoon Manuka Honey (use any  raw honey if you want)

2-3 Strands of Saffron

Some ice cubes or crushed ice

Soak almonds for 2-3 hours and blanch them. Soak 2-3 strands of Saffron in a tablespoon of hot water so that it releases its aroma and color. Put everything in a blender and blend it well.  Garnish it with fruit slices of your choice. Your Glowing Skin Smoothie is ready.

Almond, Coconut, Papaya, Strawberry, Honey, Banana, Cinnamon and Saffron are all amazing for your skin. Your skin will thank you for this treat  🙂
