DIY Ayurvedic Recipe To Prevent and Reverse Gray Hair

This recipe prevents premature Graying of hair and also reverses (to some extent) Gray Hair. You will need:
1 Tbsp. Curry Leaf Powder (don’t confuse this with the curry powder that is used in cooking, its made from dried curry leaves, easily available at any Indian Grocery store)
1 Tbsp. Fenugreek Powder
1 Tbsp. Indian Gooseberry Powder (Amla)
1 Tbsp. Ginger Juice
1 Tbsp. Onion Juice
Enough Yogurt to make a paste.
Mix everything together and apply liberally to your scalp, massage gently for about 5 minutes. Put on a shower cap and rinse off after 30 minutes. You can do this twice a week. You can also massage your Hair with Warm Sesame Oil once a week to prevent and treat Gray Hair.
