Vaccinating or not vaccinating is your choice as parents and all I would like to say is do your research properly before you choose the vaccine route. You can always vaccinate later but you can’t undo it. Yes, you can detox and flush out the toxins but its not always 100% fool proof. We can only control certain amount of damage done.
This post is written for those parents who are either forced or choose to vaccinate (selectively or fully, delayed or on schedule) and those parents who used to vaccinate and now after an intensive research or unfortunate vaccine injury, have decided to stop vaccinating.

Before getting into the vaccine detox protocol I would like to briefly mention the ingredients found in some of the most controversial Vaccines:
DTaP Vaccine Ingredients:
aluminum phosphate, formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, 2-Phenoxyethanol, Stainer-Scholte medium, modified Mueller’s growth medium, modified Mueller-Miller casamino acid medium (without beef heart infusion), dimethyl 1-beta-cyclodextrin, ammonium sulfate
Hepatitis B Vaccine Ingredients:
yeast protein, soy peptone, dextrose, amino acids, mineral salts, potassium aluminum sulfate, amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate, formaldehyde, phosphate buffer
MMRV Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella
sucrose, hydrolyzed gelatin, sorbitol, monosodium L-glutamate, sodium phosphate dibasic, human albumin, sodium bicarbonate, potassium phosphate monobasic, potassium chloride, potassium phosphate dibasic, neomycin, bovine calf serum, chick embryo cell culture, WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts, MRC-5 cells
If you think mercury free vaccines are safe you might want to do some more research. Mercury in vaccines has been replaced by Aluminum which is another neurotoxin and is worse than mercury.
If vaccines are meant to provide immunity to babies and children then why are Mercury (neurotoxin), Aluminum (neurotoxin), Formaldehyde(carcinogen-which means cancer causing), MSG (neurotoxin) and other toxins and chemicals present in the shots? If vaccines were safe then why is there a body called VAER (Vaccine adverse effect reporting system) sponsored by the FDA and CDC and why have they paid out more than $1 Billion since 1986 to the parents of vaccine damaged children?
If you think vaccines are safe then please do some research. I request you to visit this Facebook Group and see how many parents have lost their babies right after vaccination, how many have been seriously harmed and are left to deal with the lifetime consequences.
Side effects of Vaccines:
Some immediate side effects of vaccination are fever, rash, high pitched crying, fussiness, seizure and in some cases even death. Yes, you can find these side effects being mentioned on the vaccine insert. You can ask your Pediatrician to show the vaccine insert in case you want to confirm this. Long term side effects are auto-immune diseases, neurological problems, behavioral problems like ADHD, learning disability and developmental delays, poor immunity (catches colds, flu easily, recurrent ear infections etc).
Its your choice to decide what’s good for your child so do some research and work with a Pediatrician who respects your decision.

Boosting Your Child’s Immunity
Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that is known to boost immunity and protect from illnesses. Load up on Vitamin C via food and supplement 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after vaccination which means your child should be getting much higher amount of vitamin C than he would normally take.
Vitamin C is rich in antioxidants and help your body fight free radicals. Its a wonderful immune boosting vitamin and your child should get plenty of Vitamin C everyday from foods. Vitamin C rich foods are Orange, Kiwi, Strawberry, Cayenne Pepper, Guava, Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Lemon, Papaya, Watermelon, Indian Gooseberry and Tomato. You can also include herbs like Thyme, Cilantro, Rosemary and Parsley.
Vitamin C supplement (this whole food based brand)
300mg for babies under 6-12 months and 500 mg for babies above 12 months (at least 2 weeks before vaccination). 3 days before and after vaccination double the dose but make sure to split it throughout the day. Children above 5 years can take up to 3000mg a day 3 days before and after the shot.
Elderberry syrup 2 weeks before and after vaccination 1 tsp. daily. Elderberry is an amazing herb to boost your child’s immunity and prevents flu like symptoms(colds, coughs, fever, chills) after vaccination.
I know its not easy to feed raw garlic to the babies and toddlers but I find it easy to mince them finely and add it to their soup just before serving. They won’t even find out. Garlic is an excellent immunity booster and will prevent various side effects of vaccinations like ear infection, fever and flu like symptoms.
3. Zinc: ( this brand) Zinc is a mineral that fights infection and improves immunity. It also helps with skin and respiratory tract related side effects of vaccine like rash and sudden outbreak of eczema, cough, cold and flu like symptoms. Foods rich in Zinc are Sesame, Pumpkin Seeds, Red Meat, Dried Watermelon Seeds, Beans, Spinach, Asparagus, Pecans and Cashews.
Whole food based Organic Multivitamins with minerals is also highly recommended to meet the Vitamin A, B, D and E requirements because these Vitamins are equally important to boost your Baby’s immunity.
Mercury Free DHA Supplement (this is a good brand)
Homeopathic remedies are excellent in preventing infections, discomforts and flushing out toxins and heavy metals.
Rules of Homeopathy:
You should not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after taking the remedies.
2-3 pills is one dose
No strong odor or strong foods like garlic, onion should be eaten 1 hour before and after the remedies. Peppermint and Eucalyptus Oils should be avoided too for 1 hour before and after the remedies.
Follow up with the Vitamin C, lots of water, green juice and smoothies. Please refer to the detox section below for more ways of detoxing the vaccine.
Holistic Vaccine Detox Protocol
Aromatherapy Vaccine Detox Bath with Clay
For this recipe you will need:
1/2 Cup Bentonite Clay (this brand)
1/2 Cup Epsom Salt (you can also use Himalayan Pink Salt)
3 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
3 drops Coriander Essential Oil
3 Drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
Use a strainer to cover the tub drain so that it doesn’t get clogged. Pour the clay and salt into a warm bath water. Once it gets mixed with the water (make sure to break the clumps) add the essential oils and let your child soak in it for 20-30 minutes. Please do not let this water get into the eyes because of the essential oils. If you think this is not a suitable method then there’s an alternative method to achieve the same result.
Detox Foot bath. Use same ingredients (reduce the quantity by half) in a warm bowl of water and let your child soak his feet for 20-30 minutes.
Helichrysum essential oil has anti-catarrhal and anti-coagulant properties which make it effective for detoxification of the blood, lymph, and liver.
Frankincense essential oil prevents infections and repairs DNA damage, also soothes any pain and inflammation caused by the shot.
Coriander essential oil pulls out heavy metals and toxins from the body.
Epsom salt is rich in both magnesium and sulfate. Magnesium and sulfate are both easily absorbed through the skin. Sulfates play an important role in the formation of brain tissue, joint proteins and the proteins that line the walls of the digestive tract. They stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and are thought to help detoxify the body of medicines and environmental contaminants.
Calcium Bentonite Clay is another ingredient in this recipe that provides various health benefits. Bentonite clay alkalizes your body, pulls the toxins and heavy metals out, rebuilds and repairs damaged cells and tissues, helps cleanse and rebuild the liver.
This detox bath is for babies 6 months and up, for the babies below 6 months please skip the essential oils and do a foot bath instead. You can also add the cell salts (scroll down to see the name of 5 cell salts) to this bath.
Vaccine Detox Herbal Tea Recipe
Give this tea to your child once a day for about 2 weeks so that her system flushes out most of the toxins gradually.
For this recipe you will need:
1 tbsp dried Nettle leaves
1 tbsp dried Dandelion root pieces (if you are using whole roots you can use 1/2 of it)
Boil 2 cups water, add 1 tbsp. nettle and dandelion and let it steep for 20 minutes. Add raw honey(not for babies under 12 months, use some other natural sweetener) and let your child drink it. You can also make an iced tea if your child doesn’t like drinking hot tea. You can also use fresh herbs to make the tea.
Nettle is high in Chlorophyll which builds and purifies the blood, renews tissue, promotes healthy intestinal flora and improves liver function. Dandelion cleanses the liver (lives gets hit the most because of the shots so its very important to take care of that first).
This recipe is for babies 6 months and up. If your Baby is exclusively breastfed you can drink it and it will go into your milk. No, this recipe is not harsh and is safe for nursing mamas
Vaccine Detox Green Smoothie Recipe:
Your child should be getting plenty of fruits and veggies to rebuild their immunity quickly. This yummy smoothie recipe is sure to satisfy your picky eater and is a wonderful, safe and gentle detox.
For this recipe you will need:
1 and a half cups Organic Coconut Milk (or almond milk)
1/2 Ripe Avocado
1/2 cup Artichoke hearts
1 peeled Kiwi fruit
2 tbsp. finely chopped Cilantro
Raw honey to taste (not for babies under 12 months, use some other natural sweetener)
Vitamin C Supplement if you want
Mix everything in a blender and serve. You can also add Celery and Parsley if you want, they are also very effective in detoxing your body.
Cilantro is called the poor man’s chelation therapy” because it is very inexpensive and effective in ridding body of heavy metals. Artichoke is a wonderful liver tonic and detoxifier, (rich in Vitamin E )and kiwi(rich in Vitamin C are also great detoxifiers .
This recipe is for babies 6 months and up. If your Baby is exclusively breastfed you can drink it and it will go into your milk. No, this recipe is not harsh and is safe for nursing mamas.
These last 2 Detox methods are the most Gentle methods, safe for newborns too.
Homeopathic Remedies For Vaccine Detox
Thuja 30c (It flushes out toxins) 3 doses every 8 hours for 3 days.
Silica 30c 3 doses every 8 hours for 3 days (Silica is known as a “homeopathic surgeon” because it amazingly pushes out any foreign objects, toxins and heavy metals out of your system without any invasion. It is most helpful in pushing out splinters and shrinking huge glands and cysts that otherwise would require a surgery).
Mercurius Solubilis 30c 3 doses 3 times a day for 1 week. Flushes out mercury from the body.
Homeopathic Vaccine Antidote You will have to see a homeopath to get vaccine antidotes (homeopathic vaccine antidote is available for each and every conventional vaccine. Its job is to nullify the effects of the shots).
Tissue Salts or Cell Salts For Vaccine Detox
Tissue salts are a group of minerals that should be present in the body for it to function optimally. It was developed by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler and it has 12 main Cell Salts. These 5 Tissue Salts are excellent in flushing out toxins from the body:
Cell Salt Number 3 Calcium Sulphate( Calc Sulph)- Detoxifies the Liver

This Protocol is effective for babies, children and adults too (in case if you have received Tetanus, Pertussis, Flu or other shots recently it can wonderfully detox your body but if you would like to detox from your childhood vaccines that were given 15-20 years back then you need to work closely with a good Naturopath, Homeopath because your body needs deeper healing.
What to expect after a detox?
Your child might go through a healing crisis(where he may act fussy, might have mild flu like symptoms ) after the detox. It means that the body is working hard on getting rid of the accumulated toxins. Its temporary and you should see a happy and healthy child soon Make sure that he is getting plenty of fresh water, juices and fruits because detox causes his body to lose a lot of fluid and it has to be replenished to prevent dehydration.
Once you detox his body its time to nourish him to boost his immunity. Avoid sugar, additives and other junk foods and feed him real food, multivitamins or minerals if your child is a picky eater. Lots of water, fresh juices, veggies and good quality protein, herbal teas etc.
Would like to request you once again ” PLEASE do some research, watch some videos and documentaries, read some books and talk to some parents who have suffered the damages and then decide if you really want to vaccinate”.
