Go Green To Get Rid Of Dark Circles Under The Eyes

Going Green is the best way to get rid of dark Circles under the eyes. If you wanna get rid of those ugly Dark Circles then try this Homemade recipe which is definitely gonna work. You can also go for Vitamin K Based Creams which are easily available in the market.

Vitamin K lightens those dark circles so eat lots of Greens like Spinach, Parsley, Lettuce, Cabbage, Broccoli, Basil, Asparagus etc. if you don’t wanna face this problem.

Here is one simple home remedy to lighten those dark circles.

You will need-

1 Cup Water
A bunch of Basil
A Bunch Of Parsley
2-3 Lettuce Leaves

Boil the water and put all the ingredients into it. Let it boil for about 20 minutes. Strain it and apply this solution under the eyes with the help of a cotton wool. Rinse off after 20 minutes. Doing this regularly will lighten the Dark Circles. You can refrigerate this solution for up to one week.

This Remedy is also good for Acne/Pimples/Blemishes.

    could this black circles be caused because im vegeterian and i no red meat has some vitamins we need but can they be replaced with vegetables. some other websites told me that these black stuff undermyeyes wont go away if i dont start to eat meat do u agree with them? and i sleep like 9 hours so its not that. thanks alot

      No, you don’t have to be a non-vegetarian to be dark circle free. I know lots of people who eat red meat regularly but still have severe dark circles.

      Eat foods rich in Vitamin C – citrus fruits, Vitamin E – nuts(almonds), avocado, Vitamin K – Spinach, Lettuce and other Dark leafy vegetables, Iron – Beans, Grains and Cereals.
