PMS is a dreaded word for most of the women. Some people can’t even imagine how serious it can become. In some cases it creates a rift in the Relationship. I have seen it in lots of cases.

I used to suffer from severe PMS earlier. Its not to say that i don suffer now but its far better now. I used to get irritated and used to yell at people for no reason. I searched for PMS Treatments and Remedies for quite a while and finally discovered these remedies.(The ones listed below).

Anyway, let me tell you the Symptoms of PMS and how we can control it(if not Cure it completely) with the help of some Dietary Supplements.

Symptoms of PMS -Discomforts such as Irritability, Anger, Headache, Fatigue,Bloating, Breast Soreness, Food Cravings and Depression.

How we can control the situation-

1. Evening Primrose Oil Supplements: It’s the best cure for PMS. Clinical studies show that the GLA found in evening primrose oil contains essential fatty acids that seem to alleviate symptoms.

Other alternatives are-

2. Eat lots of Bananas and Melons.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar also helps.

4. Fenugreek is equally helpful.

5. Flax Seed Oil Supplements.

6. Take Calcium, Vitamin E And Magnesium Supplements(Multi Vitamin Supplement would be the best option).

Hope it helps all the sufferers.

Support of the partner is the best Cure for PMS. These remedies will help the sufferer calm down and control their emotion to some extent.
I hop you have understood what it is. Take care!
