freckles home remedy

Happy Thanksgiving!

There’s a saying ” A girl without Freckles is like a night without stars”. I find freckles to be cute but I have also noticed that this is one thing that many people want to get rid of. I receive loads of emails and comments from my blog readers asking about home remedies for freckles. How to get rid of freckles naturally is also one of the most shared posts on this Blog.

Scar Solution Book

Here’s a recipe that can fade your freckles dramatically:

You will need:

1/2  Baby Carrot

A bunch of fresh Parsley

Holistically Flu Free ebook

2 Tbsp. Oatmeal

1 Tsp. Raw Honey (you can skip it if you are a Vegan)

In a blender mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply it to your face and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off and follow up with your facial serum or moisturizer. If you can tolerate citrus fruits you can add a teaspoon of fresh Lemon, Orange or Grapefruit Juice to this recipe and increase the amount of oatmeal to make it a thick paste.

Carrot is rich in Beta Carotene (natural form of Vitamin A), Parsley is rich in Vitamin C and this combination works wonders on  Freckles.  Parsley is also good for reducing swelling(puffy eyes), redness, wrinkles and blackheads. Carrot is amazing for scars and its beta carotene properties might prevent sunburn (but you still need to use your sunscreen 365 days a year). This is the mildest recipe to fade Freckles which can be used by anyone(even if you have a super sensitive skin but make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients). This facial mask is good for your skin even if you don’t have any freckles because it not only lightens freckles, but also fades age spots, scars, reducess puffiness and redness and brightens your complexion.
