6 Superfoods For Lustrous Hair

Using good hair care products alone is not enough to achieve healthy hair, your hair needs to be fed from within.  You are what you eat so why not eat healthy foods to get a lustrous hair you have always craved for. These 6 Superfoods are not only healthy for your body but can also give you healthy and lustrous locks.

1. Yogurt– Yogurt is loaded with probiotics(healthy bacteria or live active cultures that are good for  your immune system). Yogurt is rich in Proteins, Calcium, B Vitamins and Minerals and  it restores moisture and strength of your hair. Do not go for flavored or sweetened ones.

2. Salmon– Salmon is rich in Zinc and Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids that are required for a healthy skin and healthy hair. Essential fatty acids can help with hair growth and also reduce hairfall.  Salmon is also rich in Niacin(VitaminB3) which increases scalp circulation and heals and nourish your hair. If you don’t like to eat salmon you could go for Fish Oil Supplement.
